Overview

Licensing Manager API stores only the data needed to validate licenses, process product contact forms, receive Lemon Squeezy webhook events, and protect the API from abuse.

Licensing and payment data

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. This API stores app-scoped license records, license key hashes, customer email addresses when provided by Lemon Squeezy, order identifiers, subscription identifiers, product identifiers, variant identifiers, license status, and activation metadata.

Contact data

Product contact forms can send messages to this API. We store the selected product, name, email, subject, message, page URL, user agent, and abuse-prevention metadata so the product owner can respond. Notification email is sent through Resend from a verified sender domain, with the user's email set as the reply-to address.

Rate limits

The API stores hashed network, install, or request bucket identifiers for rate limits. Raw IP addresses are not stored for rate-limit keys.

Product data separation

Records are scoped by `app_id` and product metadata. Prompt generation history, prompt quotas, model logs, and model evaluation data are not stored in this shared licensing backend.
